Ingredients
- 1& ½ cups flour
- Salt for taste
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons soybean oil
- Normal water
- 1 tablespoon black cumin
Ingredients for making vegetable stuffing:
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (cauliflower, cabbage, fresh potatoes)
- 1 teaspoon fried cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons cornflower
- Oil for frying
- 2 tablespoons coriander leaves
- Water
Steps
Wash the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. To prepare the stuffing, boil them with the same amount of water and then add oil, a little bit of salt, and ginger paste. Once the vegetables are cooked, take them down and cool them. Then take 1 teaspoon of cooking oil in a pan. While the oil gets hot add all the boiled vegetables along with all kinds of spices, chopped onion, green chili, coriander leaves and fry them for a while. When it is well fried, take down the vegetable stuffing and cool it. But if there is a sticky feeling, mix a little bit of cornflour with the vegetable stuffing to remove the stickiness.
To prepare the dough for pakora mix flour, baking powder, salt, cooking oil, black cumin all together in a bowl. Add a little bit of normal water and make a perfect dough that is neither hard nor too soft. Take small loaves and make a round shape for bread. Add the vegetable stuffing at one side of the bread. Now use the knife to make a long ribbon on one side of the bread and give it a round shape like a ring. Use water to bind the end of the pakora. Make each one in this way. Now heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry the pakoras until it turns brown.
In the end, serve it hot and garnish the cauliflower ring pakora as you preferred.
