For Kofta: 1. Cauliflower - 1 whole 2. Boiled Potatoes - 2 3. Beson / Pea Flour - 2/3 cup 4. Onion Cubes - 1/2 cup 5. Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon 6. Coriander Powder - 1/2 teaspoon 6. Cumin Powder - 1/2 teaspoon 6. Turmeric Powder - 1 / 2 teaspoon 9. Hot Spice / Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 teaspoon 10. Salt - according to taste 11. Oil for frying For Gravy: 1. Tomato Puree -1 cup 2. Chopped Onion - 1 cup 3. Ginger Paste - 1/2 teaspoon 4. Garlic Paste -1 / 2 teaspoon 5. Turmeric Powder -1 / 2 teaspoon 6. Chili Powder - 1 teaspoon 7. Coriander Leaf Paste -2 tablespoons 8. Whole Green Chilies - 4-5 (for flavor) 9. Salt - according to taste 10. Water - 200 ml. 11. Oil - 2/3 cup
Crush the Cauliflower with a grater. Then, mix the Cauliflower with boiled Potatoes, Besan, and Salt along with all the powdered spices and Onion crumbs. Make round shapes of the mixture for Kofta and deep fry it over medium heat. For the gravy, heat the oil and fry the Onion. Later, fry the Ginger-Garlic paste in it. As the flavors start coming out, add all the powder spices, Salt, Coriander leaf paste, and Tomato puree with a little water. When the gravy starts boiling, add the rest of the water, let it boil for a while, and then add the fried Koftas. Lightly mix the Koftas with the gravy, add the whole Green Chilies into it and switch off the stove after a minute. Your healthy Cauliflower Kofta Curry is ready to be served!
