Ingredients
1. Banana - 1
2. Milk - 1 cup
3. Tokma seeds - 1 teaspoon
4. Sugarcane molasses - 1 teaspoon
5. Water - 3 teaspoons
6. Ice cube - 1/4
Steps
Soak the Tokma seeds in clean water for 30 minutes. Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend. Now, serve in a glass with ice cubes.
