Cauliflower with Mixed Vegetables

Ingredients

1.Cauliflower - 1 whole
2. Carrot - 1 & ½ cups
3. Beans - 1 cup
4. Potato - ½ cup
5. Chopped onion - 1 cup
6. Chopped garlic - 1 cup
7. Green chilies - 3/4 whole pieces
8. Edible oil - according to measurement
9. Turmeric powder
10. Chili Powder
11. Coriander Powder
13. Cumin Powder
12. Salt for test
13. Onion Leaf for flavor

Steps

Take a pan and brown fry the chopped onion and garlic. Then, add turmeric, chili, coriander, and cumin powder one by one and season well. Keep the onion leaves aside and add the remaining ingredients including Cauliflower. Add Salt and Green chili according to your taste and cook it well. When all the ingredients including the Cauliflower are properly cooked, spread the onion leaves two minutes before taking the pan down. Garnish with 3/4 slices of Tomato and Carrot and serve.
