COVID-19 Awareness

Maintaining a healthy eating habit can help us fight this life-threatening disease. Stay safe while enjoying a tasty and healthy meal!

What We Want

We, the adolescents of Bangladesh, have been buying poor-quality food & snacks that don’t provide us proper nutrients to chase our dreams. Let’s bring a change so that we can make the best use of our pocket money. To serve the purpose, we have to change our food habits too. Therefore, we pledge today to buy nutritious food & snacks with our pocket money. In order to ensure the availability of good quality and tasty foods around us, we aim to work together with food producers and policymakers to improve the food production and distribution processes. This will enhance the opportunity for us to make better and tastier food choices everyday. And that is why we take the pledge, to eat well and live well.

Myth Buster

Sometimes we hear different types of myths regarding carbohydrates. Many people think weight gain is obvious if we eat carbs. But the truth is complex carbs like nuts or full-grained wheat bread are good but simple carbs like sugar or cold drinks are harmful to health.
